Dr. Anna Payne grew up in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. A deep curiosity about how the human body really works led her to become a licensed Chiropractic Doctor and Applied Kinesiologist focused on root-cause, functional health care.
She completed a 100-hour Applied Kinesiology certification series and training in functional blood chemistry analysis — giving her the tools to uncover dysfunction that standard exams and "normal" lab ranges routinely miss.
She is Webster Technique trained through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association), making her well-equipped to support prenatal and pediatric patients. Dr. Payne brings her training, energy, and a genuine passion for root-cause health to the Elk River community as part of the Momentum Health & Wellness team.
